Can Pep Bet is nestled in stunning countryside near the hamlet of Sant Agustí and very close to the village of San José. This is a unique, charming and beautifully decorated house with minimalist architectural lines incorporating a warm and colourful interior. The entire house features large sliding glass walls which give the villa a light, spacious and airy feeling. The interior melts seamlessly into the outdoor spaces and offers great entertaining flexibility. The large open-plan living area features a sleek, modern designer kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area. in addition there is a chill-out space for relaxing or watching TV. There are two bedrooms in the main house. The master suite is of large proportions and features an in-room bath, closed glass shower and enclosed WC. The second bedroom is en-suite and has access to an outside area via sliding glass doors. A large guest annexe in the garden features an open-plan living area and raised bedroom platform as well as a lovely en-suite shower room. The garden is eco-friendly, organic and stocked with sustainable mediterranean plants and features an organic fruit and vegetable patch which is tended daily by the gardener. A peaceful countryside haven but close to villages and the beautiful beaches of the South including Cala Conta and Cala Bassa.
