This beautifully presented traditional finca blends the truly authentic Ibizan dwelling with the cutting edge contemporary minimalist style to create a unique retreat. Designed and created by Belgian property expert Francisco Dimmers and Ibizan Architect Amélia Molina, Can Bassó is a luxurious 6 bedroom close to the seaside town of Santa Eularia but feels as though it is tucked away in the tranquil, picturesque countryside. All the bedrooms have individual and exquisite design touches including handcrafted wooden beams and doors mixed with classic designer furniture and quirky industrial lighting. Skylights bathe the stone walls in warm delicate natural light and the attention to detail is stunning. Everything is designed and mostly handmade and the villa feels as though it is 300 years old even though most of it has been rebuilt. The indoor and outdoor living areas are spacious and offer both generous entertaining areas as well as more intimate hideaways for an afternoon siesta. The garden consists of a manicured lawned leading to an inviting pool and the entire property is surrounded by natural stone terraces and ancient olive trees.
